... and the new year has come and with it a new decade, wow!
I spent New Year's Eve alone, happily, and not for the first time. The husband is on vacation exploring Brazil for a month and I had plenty of alone-time. Did my annual year-end-ritual, three sessions of (1) looking back at 2019, (2) assessing the present moment and how I feel changed since last year at the same time, and (3) looking towords the new year. Also looked at a lot of photos from last year, created a best-of book to visually remember the year by, and spent a lot of time reading and just enjoying my home. Ventured outside for sports (kickbox fitness is a must, surely after the holidays during which I happily didn't gain any weight), some good coffee a few times, and a wonderful Dutch movie ("April, May, and June") about three adult sisters dealing with the upcoming death of their absolutely lovely mother and the subsequent care of their autistic brother. Loved it! Check my instagram to see what else I got around to doing and furthermore: the very best wishes for YOUR 2020 and the new decade. May your lives be blessed with health, happiness, and loooooooads of love!!! Comments are closed.
